'‘‘This is one of the best courses I have ever done; Amy's experience and knowledge of the health, mental health and wellbeing sector is immense and thorough. The input from all the other (global) professionals in the industry was amazing as well. I can't recommend this course highly enough.’’

Georgie Payne - Founder / Lead ’Time for the Mind’

Your Teacher:

Amy McKeown is a force of nature and not your average health and mental health consultant.

She is a powerhouse of impactful knowledge and shares unparalleled experiences from many unique perspectives.

Creating and Implementing global strategies and frameworks across industries from multinational organisations, FTSE 100s, to NGOs, international parliaments, SMEs and more

  • Working In House as a Wellbeing Lead - Amy created and implemented the first big corporate UK health and mental health strategy in the UK across 22 office locations

  • Being a Digital Mental Health Provider for a decade

  • Having a Masters in Digital Health and Information, and Making Data Informed Decisions

Her largest projects include:

  • Samsung’s recent UK Health and Mental Health strategy

  • Being brought in by the Board of a major African multinational to create a global strategy

  • Reforming the EU Parliament’s Mental Health strategy

  • Writing the global Wellbeing strategy for a FTSE 100 (across 27 countries)

One may even go so far as to claim that her passion for health, mental health and wellbeing is ingrained in her DNA. Having seen her father, a psychiatrist specialising in stress, anxiety and depression, execute strategic implementation and developments at high level organisations such as AstraZeneca, she quickly understood the absolute necessity to dedicate herself to this work.

Add to that the dimension of being a female and mother in male dominated boardrooms, she knows first hand how essential it is to develop workplace environments that support ALL workers.

‘‘Amy made me see that from a different perspective through her content and practicality and I believe going forward I’m going to stand out from most of my peers in the industry in transforming occupational health and wellbeing’’
