Once written a strategy needs to be implemented, and culture change, raising awareness and changing behaviours in health and mental health takes a long time and requires an intentional, consistent approach. Strategies always need developing further, providers need re-procuring and there is always more to do to support different employee groups and demographics.
I work long term with organisations as a strategic partner supporting sustainable, long-term change. I work with Wellbeing Leads, CWOs, HR, D&I, H&S or anyone responsible for health, mental health and wellbeing.
This partnership approach means you have continuous access to my knowledge, expertise, and support on a long-term basis to lay out and review key strategy success markers, understand any gaps the current strategy still needs to fill and work together to implement and further develop your work in this area
I guide you long term through all aspects of organisational health, mental health, and wellbeing from audits and strategy, to training and procurement of providers, and finding that evidence base and ROI for work done.
