“Before we started working with Amy, we had in place quite a few staff support resources in place and experience with organizing different awareness raising activities on mental health. However, we were still in need of creating alignment among our teams in charge of different mental health aspects and we wanted to establish a clear long-term strategic outlook on where we want to go.
