In February I will be launching a 6-week practical, skills led course on all aspects of writing and implementing a health, mental health, or wellbeing strategy.

I've noticed that many people in Wellbeing Lead jobs or in charge of health, mental health and wellbeing for organisations have often got there by pivoting from other roles and are 'learning on the job'. Also that many who are there from HR, D&I, H&S or L&D backgrounds don't often have training in all the different aspects of wellbeing strategies as it is so multi-dimensional...
