I worked with a FTSE100 brand to comprehensively review their existing wellbeing offering. They wanted to inform a new global wellbeing strategy, which included the design of an informed and authentic framework and governance structure. With over 10,000 employees globally, the client wanted to create a strategy that catered to their diverse workforce, from manufacturing and design, through to those working directly with their customers.

I was a key partner in delivering a set of principles to help define what wellbeing meant to them, as well as the creation of a calendar of events to bring the strategy to life and express the clients commitment to mental health and wellbeing, focusing on establishing a caring environment for their teams.
